Initial distributor onboarding requires an investment capacity of ₹10,00,000 for local stock cycle initialization. Subsequent truckload dispatches require a minimum booking size of 3 Metric Tons.
What payment terms apply to distributors?
Onboarding purchases are executed on 100% advance terms. Registered distributors can establish credit limits of up to 30 days against a Bank Guarantee (BG) or Letter of Credit (LC) from a scheduled commercial bank.
How are product damages or returns processed?
Distributors report transit damages or short-shipments within 48 hours of shipment arrival. Credit notes are generated upon physical/photographic validation, which are adjusted in the next billing cycle.
