• Traditional Bikaneri Bhujia & Sev: Dew bean flour (moth flour), gram flour (besan), edible vegetable oil (cottonseed / groundnut / palm oil as stated on packaging), iodized salt, ground black pepper, red chili powder, cloves, cardamom, ginger powder, and spices.

4. Best Before, Shelf Life & Storage Instructions

• Best Before Period: 6 Months from the date of packaging (unless otherwise specified on individual pouch labels).
• Date Marking: The exact date of packaging, batch number, and Maximum Retail Price (MRP inclusive of all taxes) are printed on each outer pouch.
• Storage Directions: Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. Once opened, transfer contents immediately into an airtight glass or food-grade stainless steel container to maintain crispness and flavor.
