1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PGC Namkeen. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PGC Namkeen website (pgcnamkeen.com) and our mobile application, including any content, functionality, and services offered.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Account Registration

To access certain features, including wholesale and dealership portals or custom B2C checkout dashboards, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Products & Pricing

PGC Namkeen specializes in premium traditional snacks, bhujia, groundnuts, and mixtures. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

While we strive for pricing accuracy, mistakes can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product before dispatch, issuing a full refund. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless specified otherwise.

4. Payments & Billing

We partner with leading payment aggregators, including PhonePe, to process transactions securely. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

In the event of payment failure where money is debited but the order is not created, the money is usually auto-refunded by your bank or our payment processor within 3-5 business days.

5. Shipping & Deliveries

We ship across India using trusted courier partners like Shiprocket. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; however, most shipments arrive within 3-7 business days from dispatch.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, cancellations are only accepted if requested before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or returned, except in cases of damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items delivered.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The PGC Namkeen name, logo, site design, images, product descriptions, recipe stories, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of PGC Namkeen and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without explicit written authorization from us.

8. Limitation of Liability

PGC Namkeen, its directors, employees, or partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, services, or consumption of our food products, beyond the transaction amount paid for the specific order.
