Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order at no charge before it has been dispatched from our Bikaner warehouse. Typically, orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

To cancel an order, please contact our helpline immediately at +91 73397 63669 or email info@pgcnamkeen.com with your Order ID. Once an order is handed over to our shipping courier (e.g., Shiprocket), we cannot cancel the order, and the shipment must proceed.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Due to the food-grade and perishable nature of our products (bhujia, sev, mixtures, and peanuts), **we do not accept returns or exchanges for food items once they are delivered, except in specific cases of quality issues.**

We only accept returns or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product packaging was visibly damaged or torn upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was shipped (e.g., Moong Dal ordered, but Peanuts received).
  • The product has expired, or the quality of the batch is compromised.

Any return requests must be raised within **7 days** of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.

3. Return Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria, here is how you can request a return or replacement:

  1. Take a clear photograph or video of the issue (e.g., damaged bag seal, incorrect product label).
  2. Email these details along with your Order ID to info@pgcnamkeen.com, or message us on WhatsApp.
  3. Our support team will review the issue and contact you within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ship a replacement batch at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once a cancellation is approved before dispatch, or a returned item has been verified at our facility, we will initiate a refund.

Refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, or Net Banking) used during purchase.

**Refund Timeline:** The bank transfer or UPI credit typically reflects in your account within **5 to 7 business days** after approval, depending on the payment gateway (PhonePe) and your bank's processing cycles.

5. Damaged/Spoiled Items

At PGC Namkeen, freshness is our highest priority. We use triple-layer laminate nitrogen-flushed packaging to ensure quality. If you ever receive a stale or spoiled product, please reach out to us. We will initiate a full replacement or refund immediately, as we stand behind our quality commitments.
