1. Delivery Locations
PGC Namkeen delivers premium snacks and savories across India. We partner with Indiaβs leading shipping logistics networks, including Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, and India Post, to reach over 26,000 pincodes.
Currently, we only ship orders within the territory of India. International shipping is not supported through our online B2C storefront. For export and global wholesale orders, please contact our export desk directly.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are computed dynamically during the checkout process based on the gross weight of the cart and the recipient's delivery pincode.
- Standard Shipping: Standard charges apply for orders below βΉ500.
- Free Delivery Option: We offer complimentary shipping across India for all retail orders with a cart value exceeding βΉ500.
- Wholesale & B2B: Shipping charges for wholesale orders are quoted separately by our sales desk and are not subject to retail free-delivery thresholds.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
We strive to get your favorite snacks to you as quickly and fresh as possible.
- Dispatch: Orders are verified and packaged for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
- Transit Duration: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within **3 to 7 business days**. Metro cities usually receive packages within 3-4 days, while remote regions and North-Eastern states may take up to 7 days.
4. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched from our Bikaner facility, we will send a dispatch confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number (AWB) and a direct tracking link.
You can also log in to your PGC Namkeen account to view the real-time status of your package under your orders dashboard.
5. Premium Food-Safe Packaging
Food items require special care. All snacks are packed in food-grade, nitrogen-flushed bags and shipped in durable corrugated outer boxes. This ensures that the products remain fresh and are not crushed or damaged during transit.
If you notice that the outer box is open, taped over, or severely damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package from the courier agent. Take a photo and contact our helpline immediately.
